Hi Everyone! I'm Dr. Alex!
My approach to chiropractic care is centered on listening to you, understanding how your body moves, and creating care plans that are personalized to your specific needs. I have a special passion for caring for pregnant women and children, while also supporting individuals of all ages and activity levels. My goal is to have my patients move better, feel better, and stay active. I am trained in the Webster Technique and hold advanced certifications in Whole Food Nutrition, Stabilizing Orthotics, and Myofascial Release Technique. My care is gentle, hands-on, and intentional.
I was born and raised in upstate New York and grew up in an active, close-knit family, which sparked an early appreciation for movement, health, and overall wellness. I earned my undergraduate degree from SUNY Cortland and went on to graduate with honors from Northeast College of Health Sciences.
After completing my doctorate, I spent a year practicing outside of Philadelphia, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced clinical setting and working with a diverse patient population. It sharpened my skills, and strengthened my confidence as a provider.
But upstate New York has always been home and it’s where I want to build my career and make an impact.
Outside the office, I enjoy playing volleyball, watching a good sports game, and spending time outdoors hiking with friends and family. Opening The Spine Family Chiropractic reflects my desire to create a welcoming space where patients feel heard and supported—so they can live healthier, more active lives with confidence.
